We are looking for a coordinator with good analytical and
troubleshooting skills, experienced in social media and marketing,
and has knowledge of Google docs.
Duties for this position include:
Analyze support data to identify trends and communicate actionable
insights to product stakeholders and sales
Develop training materials and documentation
Provide superior support and build successful long term
relationships with internal clients for internal workflow
applications and sales tools
Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests from
sales teams
Identify and define automation opportunities
Looking for a someone that has a BA or BS
Working knowledge of Google docs and Microsoft Excel, Word and
Outlook
Good presentation and verbal skills
