Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to
provide marketing expertise and leadership to drive sales
results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the growth and development of regional marketing managers and
oversee their goal setting
Consult on strategic marketing direction and create campaigns
targeting new customers and recruiting financial professionals
Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure campaign
execution aligns with brand and compliance guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
field
More than 10 years of experience in a similar role
2-3 years of experience in creating and implementing marketing
plans
In-depth knowledge of B2B and B2C campaigns, particularly in the
financial services or life insurance industry
Experience with marketing technologies and tools such as Salesforce
Marketing Cloud and Canva
